Kristi Davis, Chief Operating Officer
Kristi Davis was born and raised in Alaska. She has an extensive background in business development and operations. Kristi has her Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Alaska Anchorage and is active in the Alaska Medical Group Management Association.
Kristi is passionate about bringing high-quality healthcare services to the children and families in her home state.
When Kristi is not working or volunteering, she enjoys running, camping, traveling and spending time with her family.
Jen Cudmore, Revenue Cycle Manager
Jen Cudmore grew up on the Columbia River Gorge in a tiny cabin in the woods – with no electricity. After earning a BA in Psychology, she started a family and left the Pacific Northwest for Alaska. She has been a resident of Anchorage for over 20 years and worked in various medical clinics. After 17 years in medical billing for orthopedics, she is thrilled to expand her knowledge with new specialties, and is currently working toward her CMPE certification.
Her hobbies include reading, writing, traveling, watching sunrises, and taking photos of family. She believes her greatest accomplishment (so far!) is her two adult children.
Taylor Rukes, Medical Assistant
Taylor Rukes has called Alaska her home since she was in kindergarten. She left to attend college at Montana State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. She is currently back in Alaska and taking some time off from her studies. She plans to attend medical school in the near future. Taylor has spent much time shadowing and interning with physicians of all different specialties; however, she finds pediatrics to be very rewarding and fun.
When Taylor is not working or in class, she enjoys all the amenities the great outdoors have to offer. Like many Alaskans, Taylor spends most of her spare time in the mountains backpacking and skiing. She also enjoys being on the water trying to catch fish.
Sarah Fairbanks, Medical Assistant
Meet Sarah Fairbanks, our dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with roots as sturdy as the Alaskan wilderness. Anchorage-born and bred, Sarah brings a blend of warmth and professionalism to our team. When she's not assisting patients, you can find her immersed in the pages of a good book, exploring the great outdoors through camping and hiking, or indulging her inner Jedi with a Star Wars marathon.
Sarah also harbors a deep passion for working with children, infusing every interaction with care and understanding. Alongside her loving husband and two adventurous children, Sarah embodies the perfect balance of Alaskan resilience and a dedication to nurturing our youngest Alaskans.
